Talisman bolsters leadership team with appointment of Logan Furr as SVP Americas

Los Angeles, April 21st | Talisman is pleased to announce the appointment of Logan Furr as Senior Vice President, Americas. Furr joins Talisman from the Los Angeles Lakers where he has held the position of Executive Director, Corporate Partnerships since February 2019.
Furr will drive Talisman’s development across the Americas with a key focus on sponsorship, talent representation/sales, brand consulting and rights holder development. The US & Latin America is a key area of development for Talisman with brand, rights holder and talent at the centre of our identified growth strategy. Furr will also take responsibility for setting up and building Talisman’s first US office in Los Angeles to cater for the growth and servicing of US clients.

With Talisman’s roots firmly planted in Asia and the UAE, Furr’s appointment opens up great access to rights holders and brands from the US that are hoping to build deeper business ties with a diverse Asian & UAE marketplace. Talisman’s recent success across the Americas has now been bolstered with Logan’s appointment in Los Angeles. Furr will also oversee Talisman’s current team in New York and continue to hire key appointments across the region.
Furr joins Talisman with a wealth of experience in the US market having started his career with the group at Fenway Sports Management that oversees the Red Sox, Liverpool FC, Roush Fenway Racing and more, before moving onto venue and team sales at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (portfolio of NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers, NHL’s New Jersey Devils and all events at their arena the Prudential Center, the EPL’s Crystal Palace, esports and more). Furr’s most recent role has been with the Los Angeles Lakers leading partnership development and managing a portfolio of global brand partners.
